Bartender

(Location: Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • To manage bar orders by mixing/dispensing various alcohol and non-alcohol drinks at bar.
  • To ensure daily bar setup for operations.
  • Attend to customers at the bar by taking orders, menu recommendation, etc.
  • To manage bar inventory stock taking, par levels and ordering.
  • To maintain bar area cleanliness at all times.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / ”A” Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience for this position.
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

R&D Manager

(Location: Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • To plan for annual food development projects and activities.
  • To work closely with Central Kitchen and related department/s to facilitate food/menu developments.
  • To develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • To monitor overall performance of new menu launch/es and to propose for necessary remedial/improvement measures.
  • To train and guide all kitchen teams according to their competencies and abilities.
  • To ensure standard food quality and food presentation are consistent and well maintained.
  • To achieve and maintain KPIs on COGS performance.
  • To be involved in menu development, revision and updates.
  • To be involved in creating process flowchart, recipe cards and training.
  • Maintain proper and detailed records of R&D activities.
  • Ensure product is evaluated and tested to meet quality guidelines.
  • To conduct market and competitive research.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Science/Food Technology/Food Service Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and passionate in culinary/cooking.
  • Must be able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
